How client tiers work
Every S$1 you spend adds 1 point.
Every product earns on what you spend. Products with a higher premium earn more.
The 100 g Argor-Heraeus gold cast bar is our reference, at a factor of ×1.0. Every other product's factor is its margin compared with that bar's, rounded down to one decimal place. The table below shows the factor for each product.
Some products carry their own factor; the product page shows it.
Points decide your tier. They aren't store credit and can't be spent.

Your tier is yours for 12 months. At the end we check your points from the past year. If it's short, you move down one level only.
Points and store credit are different things
Points decide your tier and nothing else. You cannot spend them and they never turn into money. Store credit is money in your account that you can put towards any order, and it can never buy you a tier.
The figures here are the ones the shop prices with. If we change a threshold or a benefit, this page changes with it. Nothing on this page is financial advice.
