Each 15kg bar is cast by a refiner on the LBMA Good Delivery List for silver. Depending on stock at the time of your order, that could be houses such as Heraeus, Umicore, Metalor, Valcambi or Asahi. Every bar is stamped with the refiner’s hallmark, fineness, weight and a unique serial number. Design and stamp layout vary by refiner. At 15,000 grams (about 482 troy oz), one bar holds as much silver as nearly five 100oz bars. That cuts down on premiums, serial numbers to track and units to store. It’s the most efficient way to add real weight to a position without stepping up to a full 1,000oz bar. Because the refiner is LBMA-accredited, the bar is easy to recognise and resell in major markets. At 99.9% purity it qualifies as an Investment Precious Metal in Singapore and is exempt from GST.
